4K rebuild
Doing a refresh on a low km 4K 1300cc toyota engine. A full rebuild not required due to only doing 136k in a kp61 starlet. So a quick strip down, check the bearings, flush out the water galleries, replace all the gaskets and seals (since they're leaking from 24years of ageing) and put er back together..

unbolt water pipes, thermostat housings, water pump, intake and exhaust systems. carbon can be seen where the exhaust gasket was leaking 14.10.07 |

remove rocker cover, rockers and pushrods, unbolt head and lift away |

unbolt everything else and number in correct order | |
| check condition of everything, measure bores, journals etc for wear | ||
| block, crank and head sent to get cleaned. | ||
